April Silver Sunday

Silver Vessels
We can all envision a beautifully set holiday table adorned with the finest silver sets of teapots, sugar bowls and alike but have you ever thought of other uses for found mismatched bundles of silver vessels?
Here's a few ideas for those single pieces often found tucked away in boxes, yard sales etc...

...piece of cake...easy low maintenance succulents are hardy and never seem to mind what type of vessel they inhabit.

add a bit of glam and romance to your studio with pincushions made from topless sugar risqué.

another one of my favs for old silver trays are simple elegant black boards. Check out the tutorial on my friend Jill's blog and let your imagination go.
Happy Silver Sunday!

  12. Greetings from Southern California

I added myself to follow your blog.
I invite you to visit my blog and become a follower if you want too.

God bless you and have a nice day :-)

  13. Thank you for hosting the party. I live in the desert and love growing succulents in old silver pieces. The green against the silver is so pretty.

  14. Thank you for Hosting the Party... I love all of the creative ways you've utilized lovely pieces of Vintage Silver and made castoffs into something useful and decorative again! I'm going to do the chalkboard Silver Tray thing as signage for Yard Sales and Flea Market pricing... and to allow the G-Kids the freedom of Artistic expression using something more Boheme' than the average chalkboard... because that's how we roll! *winks*
